I Am Dreaming of Books!

Sweet Romance, Mystery/Adventure, Fantasy, Historical Fiction, Children's, and Non-fiction.

Whether you win a book from my blog, buy a book, or check a book out from a library, please help the author out by spreading the word to all your friends about their book and post reviews. This is a special way of thanking the author for the book. Please tell what you enjoyed about his or her book. I am a believer in praising the good in what you read.

Children’s Books:

Author: Sherrill S. Cannon
Book: Peter and the Whimper-Whineys
Genre: Children's Picture Book
Synopsis: Peter is a rabbit who whines all the time, and might have to join the Whimper-Whineys. Peter and the Whimper-Whineys is a story that helps parents cope with whining children. Frequently it helps for children to be read fun-stories that illustrate the unpleasantness of bad behavior and ways to correct it. For instance, sometimes children don’t understand how annoying the sound of whining can be. This rhyming book should be read with alternating normal voice and whining voice, according to the character speaking. Children learn that Whimper-Whineyland is not a fun place to be, not just for all the whining and crying that goes on but for all the other bad behavior and unpleasant character traits exemplified!!!

Thank you, everyone, for participating in this fun giveaway. I have asked the authors to pick the winner of their own books and they will get in touch with you personally. That way, you can ask them any question you feel. This was fun!!! Remember to stop by each week and see what the new giveaway is.

Thank you Linda. I still am weary of the book content for the different ages. Any good answers for that besides reading them myself first?

Thanks ~Jenn

I also would love any of these books - my children range from 5 to 17

Hi Jen! Any of the books I present on my blog are family friendly. The children's book are awesome and teach your children a very important lesson.

I know that - so if my five year old can read an oiler age book, it would still be safe, I love that - all these books are going on my list. I am blessed will all three kids all read avid readers, and the 5 r. old is reading almost 3rd grade level.
